Celeste Aguilar

Celeste Aguilar serves as the NA & International Logistics Director at Aptiv since 2020, following a significant tenure at Delphi Automotive where the role of North America Logistics Director was held since February 2015. In this position, Celeste Aguilar has been instrumental in implementing logistics strategies aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing supply chain predictability, and reducing waste through collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders. Prior roles at Delphi include managing North American International Logistics and leading logistics for regions such as Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific, as well as spearheading initiatives to launch Lean Logistics Networks across Mexico's East Region. Celeste Aguilar holds a degree in Public Account Auditor, Finance, Business Administration, and Economics from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas, earned from 1990 to 1994.
