Dereon Pruitt serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Connection Systems at Aptiv since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Before BorgWarner, Dereon held multiple HR positions at Nexteer Automotive and Delphi Saginaw, focusing on employee relations, contract negotiations, and performance management. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University and an Associate's Degree from Delta College.
