Dmitry Gordeev

Dmitry Gordeev is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Director Talent Management S&PS EMEA and Senior HR Business Partner for Turkey Operations at Aptiv since December 2013. Responsibilities include leading various HR initiatives such as onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management across the EMEA region. Previous roles at Aptiv included Director of Talent Management and Head of Talent Management, Culture & Engagement for EDS EMEA, where Dmitry drove key HR functions. Prior to Aptiv, Dmitry worked as a Senior HR Specialist at FINCA International, focusing on recruitment, training, and HR policy development.
