Kevin P. Clark

Kevin P. Clark is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptiv and has served as a director since March 2015. In 2014, Mr. Clark was appointed chief operating officer responsible for Delphi’s business divisions, as well as the Global Supply Management function. Mr. Clark joined Delphi in 2010 as chief financial officer, responsible for all financial activities including strategic planning, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting and tax.
