Nigel Killeen

Nigel Killeen is an experienced IT Director currently leading HRIS and Commercial Applications at Aptiv since March 2019, following a tenure as Senior Information Technology Manager. Previously, Nigel held roles such as Sr. Product Manager for People Tech at Amazon Data Services Ireland LTD and Business Solutions Design Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where responsibilities included interfacing with HR leadership to develop HR systems programs and manage multi-country deployments of SAP HR solutions. Nigel's career also includes positions as Group HR Business Process Leader and Employee Relations Manager at Coca-Cola Bottlers Ireland, as well as work as a recruitment consultant. Academically, Nigel holds a Master's in Social and Organisational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin, along with a Master of Arts in Psychotherapy from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
