Hilary Green

Hilary Green is an accomplished sales compensation professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Sales Compensation at Aptive Environmental since May 2020, Hilary previously held various roles at Vivint Smart Home from February 2013 to March 2020, including Project Manager for Sales Operations, where responsibilities included managing project stakeholders and risks, as well as overseeing Domo implementation. Hilary also managed operations for over 15 sales teams as Program Manager for Summer Operations and was instrumental in hiring and overseeing approximately 150 Summer Office Assistants. Earlier experience includes serving as Group Lodging Coordinator at Sundance Mountain Resort, where lodging for numerous corporate groups and events was coordinated. Hilary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from DeVry University and a CDA in Dental Assisting from Mountainland Technical College.
