Kate McCausland

Kate McCausland is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business support and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Executive Business Partner to the CFO at Aptive Environmental since February 2021, Kate has also held roles as a Senior and Employee Engagement Specialist within the same organization. Previous experience includes working as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Project Manager at Dowdle Folk Art, and as an Events Assistant at the Office of First Year Experience at Brigham Young University, where responsibilities included coordinating New Student Orientation for over 5,700 freshmen. Additionally, Kate has gained event planning insights through job shadowing at Southerland Meetings. Kate's managerial experience at BYU Concessions involved leading a team at various events while managing inventory and vendor compliance. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Experience Design and Management from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
