Spencer Hollandsworth

Spencer Hollandsworth has a diverse range of work experience. Spencer is currently the Co-Founder of Aptive Solar, where they are responsible for finding and vetting solar installation companies in different markets. Spencer also expands the company's presence in Phoenix, Tuscan, and Seattle, while recruiting, training, and leading a sales force. Prior to this, Spencer worked as a Divisional Sales Manager at Aptive Environmental, where they recruited and led over 100 door-to-door sales reps. Spencer also held the position of Sales Team Lead at Alterra, Inc., where they generated over $400,000 in revenue and worked on the highest grossing team. Spencer's experience also includes roles as the Director of Sales at ZenApply, an Insurance Agent at State Farm, and as Founder of Spencer's Lawn Care. Spencer began their career as a Carpenter at BNR Construction, where they quickly moved up the ranks and became a key contributor to a multimillion-dollar project. Additionally, Spencer served as an Official Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing and leading other volunteers during their two-year mission in Brazil. Spencer Hollandsworth attended John R. Rogers High School from 2007 to 2010, where they did not receive a degree or study any specific field. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued higher education at Brigham Young University, earning an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
