Luke Novelli

Luke Novelli, Jr. is an accomplished academic and professional specializing in organizational behavior and leadership development. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Virtual Leadership MBA program at National University, Novelli has extensive experience across various institutions, including roles as Chief of Intellectual Capital & President at Leadership Development Associates and Assessment Evaluator at APTMetrics. Novelli's tenure includes significant contributions to the Center for Creative Leadership as a Senior Fellow and Global Director of Custom Solutions, as well as teaching positions at Bocconi University, UNC Greensboro, and Gonzaga University. Novelli holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in History from the University of Washington.
