Rebecca Marchant

Rebecca Marchant is a Director of Talent Solutions at APTMetrics, where expertise in talent management is applied to create world-class talent solutions and provide employment litigation support services. With a career that began in 2001 at DDI as a Client Success Partner, Marchant developed strategic partnerships focusing on succession management, leadership development, and selection systems. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tampa.
