Previous experience includes leadership roles such as Associate Director of the Security Program Management Office at the Internal Revenue Service and an Associate position at Booz Allen Hamilton. David's background includes significant positions in security engineering and threat management at organizations including Sunrise Senior Living Inc, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and PG&E National Energy Group. David holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BS in Computer Technology from Norfolk State University.
