Rita Fonseca

Rita Fonseca has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Aptoide since August 2022. In this role, Rita focuses on establishing effective communication regarding HR policies, supporting employee career development, and providing tools for managers to manage HR processes. Previously, Rita worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Faurecia Aptoide Automotive and as an IT Recruiter for Caixa Mágica Software, where key responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, organizing employer branding initiatives, and overseeing the onboarding of new hires. Earlier career roles included customer service and event promotion. Rita holds a Master’s degree in International Management from ISCTE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCSP-ULisboa.
