Erika Couch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Aptos Retail since May 2021, Erika previously held positions as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources-Americas at the same organization. Prior to Aptos Retail, Erika worked at Pantheon Platform as a Senior People Business Partner and at Manhattan Associates as a Human Resources Business Advisor and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier career experiences include positions at Safe Systems, Wipro Technologies, AutoTrader.com, WellStar Health System, Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc., and Quest Diagnostics, where Erika provided a broad range of HR support and consultation. Erika holds a BA in History and an MS in Human Resources Development from Georgia State University.
