Helen Kostis Fourtounis

Helen Kostis Fourtounis has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Helen started their career as an Analyst at STS in 1997 and worked there until 2004. Helen then joined NSB (BTExpedite) as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, Helen joined Epicor Software Corporation - Retail Division as a Product Analyst in Merchandising. Helen worked there until 2013 and then moved to Epicor Retail as a Product Management - Merchandising from 2013 to 2019. Their role involved product management processes, aligning deliverables with company growth, managing enhancement requests, defining requirements, maintaining product roadmaps, organizing Agile meetings, and participating in product development reviews. Since 2019, Helen has been working at Aptos Retail as a Vice President of Retail Strategy, where they focus on merchandising lifecycle and omnichannel solutions.

From 1992 to 1996, Helen Kostis Fourtounis attended Concordia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Management of Information Systems.
