Malay Dave

Malay Dave has over 20 years of work experience in IT management and program management. Malay started their career at Ford Motor Credit Company as a Systems Analyst/Architect, where they led projects to design and deploy IP networks and played a key role in network infrastructure migration. Malay then worked at the University of Michigan Health System as an IT Systems Administrator, overseeing vendors and assisting with the development of IT standards. Malay later joined Hewlett-Packard as a Sr. Program Manager, managing customer services datacenter operations and expanding customer services. Malay then transitioned to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Sr. IT Program Manager, where they managed a large operational budget and supervised a team developing secure cloud and mobility services for the Department of Defense. Malay also worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager and at L3 Technologies as a Director of IT, responsible for consolidating divisional IT organizations and aligning IT strategy with business goals. Currently, Malay is a Sr. IT Director at Aptos Retail.

Malay Dave holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. Malay also attended SFS College but did not complete a degree there. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in August 2005.
