Mark Millar

As CFO, Mark is responsible for ensuring Aptum is always on solid financial ground by providing the executive team, investors and key stakeholders with the right information at the right time. Mark has 30+ years’ experience working in technology and brings with him a deep knowledge of the sector. He has been lead on numerous acquisitions and has completed five exits.

Mark is a CPA with a Bachelor of Arts from Queens University, and prior to joining Aptum, he served as CFO for Tier1CRM Inc., Gavel and Gown Software, North Plains, Syncapse and Platform Computing Inc.
