Jaclyn Swe

Jaclyn began her legal career working in a boutique law firm in Los Angeles where she handled large assets and highly contested family and civil litigation. After years in private practice, she transitioned into the court reporting and legal services space, leveraging her background as a litigation attorney, and providing a unique perspective to Aptus and its business development team.

As Aptus’ general counsel, Jaclyn handles legal matters affecting the company, including staying informed and ensuring compliance with changes and developments in the law as it relates to the court reporting industry. She also works closely with the partnership on the company’s growth, including strategic industry hires and key acquisition planning.

As Regional Director of Sales for Los Angeles and Orange Counties, Jaclyn oversees a business development team as they serve as invaluable partners to law firms and legal departments throughout the discovery and trial process.
