Previously, Tobe held several key roles at Molded Devices Inc., including Global VP of Sales and Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed driving growth through acquisitions and providing extensive plastic and rubber processing solutions. Tobe has extensive experience in sales and operations management, having held positions such as West Coast Sales Manager at Flambeau, Regional Sales Manager at JK North America, VP of Operations at California Sun, General Manager at Columbia ParCar, and Sales Representative at Jacobsen E-Z-GO Textron. Tobe's educational background includes studies at Riverside College.
