Jennifer Venarge Disalvo

Jennifer Venarge DiSalvo has a diverse work experience that includes roles in human resources, talent acquisition, business ownership, and co-ownership. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at APV Engineered Coatings, Inc., a position they have held since August 2023. Before that, they worked in talent acquisition at the same company from September 2019 to August 2023. Prior to their time at APV Engineered Coatings, Inc., Jennifer was the business owner of Landmark Physical Therapy from January 2012 to August 2018. Jennifer also served as the co-owner of AZOPT from December 2007 to January 2012.

Jennifer Venarge DiSalvo earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Jennifer further pursued their education at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, earning a Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from 1998 to 2000.
