Liz Payne currently serves as the Head of the Research Team focused on Price and Rent Growth at APW - Property Investing. Since December 2018, Liz has specialized in analyzing property markets across the UK, providing insights into investment opportunities over various time horizons. Prior to this role, Liz operated as a Senior Researcher at UWE from 2014 to June 2018, where focus was placed on assessing success and retention rates within the university and the surrounding city. Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in Military History from the University of the West of England.
