Gary Hannon is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business intelligence development, programming, and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst at APWU Health Plan since August 2019, Gary previously held significant positions including Senior Business Intelligence Developer at FDS, Inc. and Business Intelligence Developer at Ameritox Limited, where responsibilities included the development of data processing systems and medical research cubes. Gary co-founded Autocomp Software, Inc. and served as President, developing integrated software solutions for automobile dealers. With a career that began in 1977 at Datronics, Inc. and included roles ranging from Assistant Vice President to IT Manager, Gary has a strong background in IT management and technical services. Gary holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BA from Stony Brook University.

Both options are open to all employees or retirees covered under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. For more than 50 years, We have provided comprehensive, affordable health benefits for postal workers, federal employees, and retirees. Located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, the Health Plan is a department of the American Postal Workers Union. We employee 200 people to service the 205,000 people covered by the Health Plan.
