Will Rogers is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at APWU Health Plan since February 2022. Will's career began as a Logistics Assistant with the District of Columbia Public Schools from December 2009 to January 2012. Will holds two Bachelor's degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, earned between 2004 and 2008.
