Paulina Gernandt

Paulina Gernandt currently serves as an Investment Associate at HEARTFELT_ since December 2022 and co-founded Baseline & Co., where Paulina is involved in Strategy & Partnership since September 2023. Previously, Paulina worked as a Dealflow Analyst at APX, a leading very-early-stage VC in Europe, from October 2020 to July 2022, and as an Investment Scout for Female Founders Night from January 2019 to September 2021. Additional experience includes a brief stint in General Management at Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft and an internship at Deutsche Bank, where Paulina completed an apprenticeship from August 2016 to July 2018. Paulina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Politics, and Economics from Zeppelin University (2018-2022) and is a FullStack Developer, having completed a web development program at Le Wagon in 2019. Educational background also includes studying at Christianeum, Clifton College, and St. Clare's, Oxford.
