73% of warehouse operators cannot fill frontline positions. Annual turnover exceeds 40%. A new hire takes 2 to 5 days to reach minimum productivity — and most of them leave before they ever get there.

APXR is building an AI copilot that gets any new hire to full productivity in under one hour — regardless of experience level or language. Delivered through smart glasses workers already wear. Integrated natively with SAP EWM.

No hardware to engineer. No 6-month IT project. No static workflows that break the moment something changes on the floor.

For a 200-worker warehouse, that is $4.3 million in annual savings against a $180,000 software subscription.

We are currently working with design partners in Florida. If you run a distribution center on SAP EWM and turnover is a real cost for you, let's talk.
