Yumi Houmura

Yumi Houmura has extensive experience as a UX Researcher, currently at AQ since July 2018, and previously at Mitsue-Links Co., Ltd. from April 2009 to June 2018. In these roles, Yumi has been responsible for planning user research, moderating interviews, conducting expert reviews for websites and smartphone applications, project management, and creating client proposals. Additionally, Yumi has a background as a Usability Engineer, focusing on user testing and wireframe creation. Yumi holds a Master of Commerce in Human-Centered Design from 小樽商科大学大学院 (2007-2009) and a degree in Commerce from Otaru University of Commerce (2003-2007).
