Gordon Mayhead

Gordon Mayhead has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field. Gordon began their career in 1993 as a Student Chemical Engineer for The Wellcome Foundation. In 1995, they moved to the National Rivers Authority as a Pollution Technical Officer. From 1996 to 2000, they worked for Foster Wheeler as a Process Design Engineer. In 2000, they joined MSD as a Process Engineer Technical Operations. From 2006 to 2017, they worked for GSK in various roles, including Process Engineering Manager, Lead Process Engineer MDPI, and Senior Process Engineer Project Integration. Since 2017, they have been employed at Aqdot Limited as Operations Director, Head of Operations, Head of Manufacturing, and Project Lead - Process Development Engineer.

Gordon Mayhead obtained a Bachelor of Engineering BEng (hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey between 1991 and 1995. In 2006, they received a Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE). In 2020, they completed a General Management Programe from Cranfield University. Gordon also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GSK.
