Pat Mcnair

Pat Mcnair is the current CFO at aqfer. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a startup consultant. Before that, they worked at MeshNetworks, Inc. from January 2000 to December 2004 as the CFO. They were responsible for building and managing the accounting, finance, and HR functions. They also created business models, FP&A systems, and reporting packages. In addition, they were active in fundraising, both venture equity and debt facilities. Lastly, they managed investor communication/BoD reporting, financial & legal due diligence during funding/M&A cycles.

Pat Mcnair has a Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a BBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Pat also has a certification from the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a certification from North Carolina in Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Their manager is Daniel Jaye, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Narayanakumar R - VP, Engineering, Marc Sabatini - CRO, and Jeff Storan - VP, Product & Services.
