Shristi Kayastha

Shristi Kayastha has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they started as an intern at Rastriya Banijya Bank. Later that year, they worked as an HR and Admin at Digital Cinema Nepal. In 2018, they joined Raffles Educare as a counselor for a few months. From 2018 to 2020, Shristi worked at Aqore Staffing Software, initially as an HR and Communications Coordinator. Their responsibilities included recruiting, implementing company policies, managing payroll and attendance, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining employee relations. In December 2020, they were promoted to the role of Head of Department - People Management at Aqore Staffing Software. In this role, they developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with the business goals, managed talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, and employee engagement. Shristi also focused on developing and retaining resources to support the company's current and future needs.

Shristi Kayastha completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Little Angels' College of Management from 2013 to 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Apex College from 2018 to 2021.
