Donato di Biase

Donato Di Biase has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Donato is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of AQPHA Medical BV since August 2019. Prior to this, they founded Di Biase LifeScience Consulting in 2013, where they worked as a Business Accelerator and Business Consultant, specializing in life sciences, medical devices, and drug delivery products. Donato also served as the Chief Business Officer at Materiomics from April 2017 to July 2018.

In 2014, Donato Di Biase was the CEO of 20Med Therapeutics, a Dutch start-up biomedical company focusing on controlled drug delivery for treatment of genetic diseases. Donato was also the CEO of Encapson from May 2013 to June 2015, a company specializing in innovative coatings for medical devices.

Earlier in their career, Donato Di Biase held various roles at DSM Biomedical, including Global Business Director, Drug Delivery, and was a member of the Global Leadership Team and DSM Biomedical Management Team. Donato also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hemoteq GmbH from September 2000 to October 2006 and as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Creatogen AG from September 1998 to September 2000.

Their career began at Radim S.p.A., where they worked as the Branchmanager Germany from September 1994 to August 1998.

Donato Di Biase earned an MSc. degree in Biology from Justus Liebig University Giessen between the years 1989 and 1994.
