Brian Kruse

Brian Kruse has extensive experience in the financial industry, specializing in quantitative research, portfolio management, and technology solutions. Brian is currently the Managing Director at AQR Capital Management, where they lead a global team responsible for research and portfolio management systems. Brian also worked at IBM as a Senior Developer/Architect, designing and supporting enterprise-wide systems, and at Yale University as a Web Designer/Consultant, designing websites and implementing online databases. Additionally, they worked at Mellon Bank as a Network Specialist, responsible for computer-related concerns and network stability. Brian Kruse completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The Johns Hopkins University from 1996 to 2000. Brian later pursued an MBA in Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2014 to 2016. In addition, in May 2019, Brian obtained a certification in "Learning JVM Languages: JVM, Java, Scala" from LinkedIn.
