Jen Preece, MBA, RN, EMT, has built a diverse career in healthcare and leadership roles. They served as an EMT at Twin Township Ambulance from 2000 to 2003, followed by a position as an Emergency Room Technician and RN at McLaren Flint from 2002 to 2007. Jen has been a Nurse Manager at Michigan State University from 2017 and is currently in the same role at Henry Ford Health through 2025. In addition, Jen is the Program Chair at ASQ - World Headquarters since 2025 and is pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership at Penn State University through 2027.
