Mold Investigations.  Our mold investigations include a visual inspection of the property, sampling, and a final report.  All information is confidential and delivered only to the client.  Whether you are buying or selling a home or have a general concern for the quality of your indoor air, AQTS can help.

Clearance Testing.  As a service to companies providing restoration, AQTS provides clearance inspection and sample collection to verify your remediation work.  We understand how important this final stage is, so we’re available when you need us.

Indoor Air Quality Evaluations.  Indoor air pollution can be the cause of a variety of illnesses that negatively affect the quality of our lives.  Make sure the indoor air you breathe is safe for you and your family.  

Corrective Action Plans. AQTS can prepare a corrective action plan or scope of work to help ensure your problem is corrected in a professional, timely, and cost effective manner. We work with remediation companies to prepare a scope of work that follows procedures outlined by the EPA and the IICRC S520 Standards and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation. Prevention Programs.  It’s always better to plan than to react.  AQTS can put together a plan to help ensure your indoor air remains free from pollutants and other irritants that compromise the quality of the air you breathe.
