He has extensive experience in corporate and business development, M&A integration strategy, market access, and strategic partnerships within the life sciences industry. With an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Microbiology/Chemistry from San Jose State University, David has a strong background in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and strategic planning. His expertise in identifying strategic partnership opportunities and driving deals to completion has been instrumental in his various roles throughout his career.
