Frank Keefer

Frank Keefer currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at US Cargo Systems, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Frank Keefer accumulated extensive experience at Aqua-Chem from March 2010 to the present, where roles included VP of US Operations, Chief Operations Officer, Director of Program Management, and Director of Operations. Earlier in the career, Frank Keefer was Vice President of Manufacturing at Fulton Bellows, LLC from 2007 to 2010 and served as Plant Operations Manager at Special Devices, Inc. from 1996 to 2003. Frank Keefer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saint Leo University.
