Grace Bechtel has extensive experience in the healthcare and treatment industry. Grace has worked in various roles such as Vice President of Shared Services at AQUA Dermatology, Director of Admissions at Monte Nido & Affiliates, Futures Recovery Healthcare, and Real Life Recovery. Grace has also worked as an Intake Coordinator, Insurance Specialist, and Trainer at White Sands Treatment Center and Treatment Solutions. Grace has proven to be instrumental in improving branding awareness, managing admissions processes, and enhancing revenue for these organizations.
Grace Bechtel earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychobiology/Biology from Florida Atlantic University in 2009. In 2019, they obtained a Yellow Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Sterling Academy. Grace then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Management from Florida International University - College of Business, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they hold certifications in CPR (obtained in 2013), Certified Open Water Scuba Diver (obtained in 2008 through NAUI), and Horseback Riding Instructor (obtained in 2001).
