Elias Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, communications, and security management. Currently serving as the Health Safety Environment Coordinator at Aqua Drill International since May 2018, Elias ensures compliance with various drug consortiums and manages access requests for over 35 plants. In addition, Elias has been the Communications Chief at Communications Management since November 2009, overseeing and ensuring compliance with communication protocols. Experience in the United States Marine Corps includes roles as a Security Manager and Physical Security Specialist from February 2010 to November 2014, where Elias managed cryptographic key systems and electronic security measures, as well as serving as a Military Radio Communications Professional from January 2001 to October 2009. Elias holds an Associate of Science degree in Process Technology from Remington College-Houston Campus and a high school diploma with a focus on Navy/Marine Corps JROTC from Clear Brook High School.
