Nicolas Poulain

Nicolas Poulain currently serves as Group CFO and VP of Finance at Aqualung Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Chief Financial Officer for the Ophthalmic Instruments division in the NORAM and LATAM areas at EssilorLuxottica from June 2018 to July 2023, and Director of Corporate Accounting at Essilor Group between January 2012 and May 2018, where notable contributions included leading Deal Accounting for the Essilor and Luxottica combination. Prior to this, Nicolas held various financial positions at Grant Thornton France and Cailliau Dedouit et Associés and completed an internship at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Audit, Corporate Finance, and Business Law from EM Strasbourg Business School, a Diplôme d'Expertise-Comptable, and participation in an Executive Education Corporate Governance program at Cornell University in 2022.
