Vincent Divito

Vincent DiVito is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial consulting. Currently serving as the Non-Executive Chairman and Audit Committee Chair at Aqua Metals and Managing Director of Vincent DiVito, Inc., an advisory firm providing board and financial consulting services, Vincent has held key leadership roles at various organizations, including Chairman of the Audit Committee at Entertainment Gaming Asia Inc. and President of the Long Island Chapter of Financial Executives International. Previous positions include Chairman of the Board at Riviera Hotel & Casino and President/CFO at Lonza America Inc. Vincent holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting, both from Adelphi University.
