Maxime Legeard

Maxime Legeard is an experienced hospitality professional with a progressive career in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Aqua Restaurant Group since November 2019, previous roles include Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager at The Surf Cafe LLC, along with various positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Restaurant Assistant General Manager and Food & Beverage Supervisor. Additional experience encompasses roles at Hotel Le Royal Luxembourg, Paul Bocuse - Le Restaurant Gastronomique, and other esteemed establishments. Maxime holds a Master's degree from Cornell University and a Baccalauréat Technologique in Hôtellerie-Restauration, complemented by an associate's degree training.
