Benjy Portnoy

Benjy Portnoy has a diverse work experience in the cybersecurity industry. Benjy started their career at CA in 2005, where they served as a Security Consultant until 2008. Benjy then joined Symantec as an Information Security Specialist from 2008 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Blue Coat Systems as a Cyber Security Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Aqua Security, initially serving as Director of DevSecOps from 2017 to 2019, then as Senior Director of Solution Architects from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Benjy holds the role of VP of Global Sales Engineering at Aqua Security starting in April 2021.

Benjy Portnoy obtained a Master's Degree in Information Security & Digital Forensics from The Open University between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they have certifications in CCSK from unknown institution, CISA from ISACA, and CISSP from ISC2.
