Daryl Colborne

Daryl Colborne is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and training management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Aqua Security since October 2021, Daryl previously held the same title at Zerto from January 2017 to November 2021. At Zerto, Daryl developed a global escalation management program and led the Customer Care Team, addressing mission-critical issues for Fortune 500 clients. Daryl also held various leadership roles at EMC Corporation from April 2009 to January 2017, overseeing global training and recruiting initiatives, significantly enhancing the effectiveness of the Global Services Associate Program. Daryl's earlier experience includes roles as a Staffing Manager at Winter Wyman and as a Technical Recruiter at Darwin Partners, as well as an Inside Sales Representative at EMC. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Skidmore College and has studied at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
