Maya Serry Fidel

Maya Serry Fidel has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and product design. Maya is currently the Director of Product Experience and UX at Aqua Security since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the UX team lead at Aqua Security from March 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Aqua Security, Maya worked as a Lecturer at Netcraft Academy starting from February 2021. Maya was responsible for educating and training students in various aspects of UX.

From June 2018 to April 2020, Maya worked as the UX UI team lead at LivePerson. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior User Experience Expert (UX) at LivePerson since September 2014. At LivePerson, Maya played a significant role in leading and implementing UX strategies.

Prior to LivePerson, Maya worked at NCR Corporation as a Senior UX Expert from October 2012 to September 2014. Maya also gained valuable experience at MediaMind, where they worked as a User Experience Expert from February 2011 to October 2012. Before that, Maya worked as a Solution Specialist at MediaMind from May 2010 to March 2011.

Maya's career in UX began at UI - Human Factors Ltd., where they served as a UX Expert from January 2005 to April 2010.

Maya Serry Fidel has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a product management course certificate from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, specifically from their TLV division. Prior to that, they completed their Msc in Industrial Design and UI from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2009. Maya'seducational journey began with a Bsc in Graphic Design from the Holon Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
