Melissa Daley

Melissa Johns Daley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at AquaBounty since June 2021, Melissa partners with the CEO and Board of Directors to enhance strategic growth and sustainability in the seafood industry, focusing on people and culture strategies. Prior to AquaBounty, Melissa held the role of Vice President Human Resources for AMENA Americas at Fonterra from December 2009 to June 2021, overseeing human resources across North, South, and Latin America for the global dairy cooperative. Previous experience includes roles as HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Scientific Voice and DIME, and Human Resources Supervisor at Medco Health Solutions, Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
