Kjell Christian Bruheim

Kjell Christian Bruheim has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Kjell Christian began their career in the Royal Norwegian Navy in 2000, where they served as a Petty Officer. During their time in the Navy, they worked as an artillery operator and sonar operator, also handling maintenance on ROVs. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Private, focusing on sonar operation on Kobben class Submarines and acting as a temporary CPO at a shooting range on Haakonsvern naval base.

After leaving the Navy, Bruheim joined Supporting IT in 2008 as a Customer Service representative, where they worked until 2010. Kjell Christian then moved on to EuroPark AS in 2010, assuming a Customer Service role until 2011. In 2011, they joined Neptun Marine Consulting as a Deckhand, leaving in 2012.

From 2012 to 2019, Bruheim worked at ROV as a Technical Manager for vessels and ROVs. As part of this role, they were responsible for training new personnel and gained extensive experience in flying ROVs such as vLBV950, LBV300-5, LBV600 from Seabotix, and Falcon DR, totaling approximately 2000 hours of flying.

In 2019, Bruheim joined Aquabyte as a Hardware Operations Associate and later was promoted to the role of Senior Technology Specialist in 2023, a position they currently hold.

Kjell Christian Bruheim has a varied education history. From 1995 to 1996, they attended Frol Vidregående Skole, where they studied Automatiseringstikk. Kjell Christian then moved on to Nauma Vidregående Skole, where they studied Automatiseringstikk again from 1996 to 1997. The following year, from 1997 to 1998, they continued studying Automatiseringstikk at the same school. Later on, from 2007 to 2009, Kjell attended Bergen Maritime Fagskole, specializing in becoming an Officer at sea. In addition to their formal education, it is also mentioned that Kjell attended Austevold Vidregående Skole for a field of study called STCW-78, although specific start and end years are not provided.
