Trond Haldorsen

Trond Haldorsen has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Trond is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aquafarm Equipment AS since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Technical Manager at Bremnes Seashore from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, Trond worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Matre Maskin.

Trond also has a long history with Statoil and StatoilHydro. At Statoil, they held various roles including Leader Operations Subsea, Subsea Maintenance & Engineering; Leader Operations Subsea, Statoil IMR Engineering Support; Subsea Engineer IMR (Inspection, Maintenance & Repair); Senior Engineer/ Project Team Leader PRS (Pipeline Repair System), PRS responsible Troll N12 Manifold; Project Manager, Pipeline Contingency Improvement Project; Senior Engineer/ Project Team Leader PRS (Pipeline Repair System), Work Package Leader Nord Stream; and Project Team Leader PRS (Pipeline Repair System) Gullfaks Bundle Repair Project from 2007 to 2017.

At StatoilHydro, Trond was responsible for miscellaneous development projects including CRU (Coating Removal Unit) and WSRU (Weld Seam Removal) from 2005 to 2009. Trond also worked at Statoil as a Project Team Leader for various hyperbaric tie-in campaigns and as a Divisional Engineer for Tie-in & Ready for Operation, with their notable involvement in Tyrihans Tie-ins.
