Martina Santoni has extensive experience in sustainability communication and brand management, currently serving as a Sustainability Communication Practitioner and Brand & Communication Specialist at Aquafil Group since 2012. Responsibilities include conducting training and educational activities for customers and stakeholders, supporting clients with communication efforts, and organizing fairs and events. Previously, Martina held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO, managing meetings, travel itineraries, and corporate event arrangements. Prior experience includes working as a Communications and Marketing Assistant at BolognaFiere, where Martina contributed to the organization of the Shanghai Contemporary Art Fair and supported activities for the Shanghai EXPO. Martina's educational background includes studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University, TSM - Trentino School of Management, and Sapienza Università di Roma, with ongoing education at Beijing Foreign Studies University since 2009.

The Company aims at acquisition of a business combination with an Italian medium-sized privately held company. The funds acquired are intended to be used for an acquisition of a target company, including aggregation by contribution or merger. In addition, upon completion of the transaction, the shares of the target company are to be quoted on the stock exchange. The Company has not a priori specific areas of interest in reference to target's operations, although it envisages focusing on the search for investment in a number of sectors, including luxury, clothing, furnishing, design, food, biomedical industry and advanced mechanical industry.
