Joost de Cock

Joost De Cock is an experienced professional in the field of wastewater management, currently serving as a Project Leader at Aquafin NV since May 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive electro-mechanical renovation projects for wastewater pumping stations and components of wastewater treatment plants. In addition, Joost has held several operational management roles within Aquafin NV, overseeing sanitation infrastructure in regions such as Boven-Schelde, Leiebekken, and Denderbekken, managing teams of up to 30 employees. Previously, Joost worked at Aquaplus NV as a technical and commercial contract manager for TOTAL Belgium, and at LU-Belgium, where full operational responsibilities for an industrial wastewater treatment plant and quality control were held. Joost holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry with a focus on brewery technology and completed secondary education at Sint-Jozef-Klein-Seminarie.
