Joseph Rusk

Joseph Rusk serves as the Vice President and Co-Owner of AquaGuard Foundation Solutions since February 2011. Prior to this role, Joseph Rusk was the Founder and Co-Owner of Ohio Basement Systems from January 1997 to July 2016, a company focused on foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement finishing. Joseph Rusk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Toledo, earned between 1987 and 1991.
