Sophie van Slambrouck

Sophie Van Slambrouck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, human resources, and office management. As the owner of Per-Sé rekrutering en selectie since June 2010, Sophie has specialized in recruitment and selection, HR support, assessment centers, personal analyses, intelligence research, motivation research, and job guidance. In addition, Sophie has served as an HR Business Partner at AQUALEX since June 2020. Earlier in their career, Sophie worked at Unique from November 1997 to June 2010, where responsibilities included managing the Menen office's start-up, guiding the Ieper office, and overseeing operations in Kortrijk. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from VIVES University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1991 and 1994.
