Shahar Genzer

Shahar Genzer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shahar has worked as the VP Finance (acting CFO) at AquaMaof Aquaculture Technologies Ltd., where they managed the finance team and handled all financial aspects of the company. Shahar also led investment rounds and implemented corporate-operational strategies.

Shahar then served as the CFO at ECOshrimp - Industrial Shrimp RAS, where they were responsible for financial management until November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at TravelersBox, overseeing the company's finances from 2015 to 2017.

Shahar has also held positions as the Valuation & Investment Director at ROI - Economic consultants and as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University. Shahar gained experience in transaction advisory, valuation, and business modeling during their time at EY, where they held managerial and senior consultant roles. Shahar also managed audit portfolios in the Venture Capital department.

Before entering the corporate world, Shahar served as a UAV system operator in the Israeli Air-Force from 2000 to 2003.

Shahar Genzer holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting & Economics from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial Mathematics at Bar-Ilan University, completing it in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Israeli Ministry of Justice in 2012, Financial Trading and Options Strategies from GoBulls in 2010, and Investment and Portfolio Management from Tel Aviv University's Student Union in 2008.
